How Do I Place An Order?
Ordering has never been easier with our online platform. Throughout your shopping experience, you have the option of clicking on each product to learn more about it in the “Product Info” section. Once you’ve decided on the perfect product, simply select the size and quantity you wish to order. Next, select “Add to Cart”. Now see all of the products in your cart appear in the right column. Select “View Cart” at the bottom of the page. You are at the final step now and just need to add your preferred method of payment and let us know if we can ship your products or if you’ll be picking your order up in person. That’s it! Although we feel the ordering process is easy to follow, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need assistance.
Payment & Shipping
Several methods of payment are accepted, including all major credit cards, PayPal and Venmo. Cash payments will only be accepted if prearranged. Sezzle is also offered if you'd like to break your total up into 4 easy payments. If “Shipping” is selected during checkout, your order will be shipped to the address provided. A shipping and handling fee will be applied. Please make sure your email address is correct so you receive your pickup or shipping notification.

Our checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption. TLS (Transport Layer Security) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and secure.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at giftsandgoodiesfromthegarage@gmail.com . We will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with our products; however, products are non-refundable due to the wrong size or color being ordered. Further, returns for custom and personalized items are not accepted unless there is a defect in the product itself.
